Ward 13I am running for Abington Township Commissioner for Ward 13 Glenside. We can no longer sit by and watch our community falter under a gag-rule government. Our community needs to restore the foundations that make Glenside a vibrant and safe community.
I have lived and worked in Abington Township since early childhood. I was fortunate to marry a lifelong Abington resident and to raise my 4 children in Glenside. They are a product of Abington Schools when they had a PA Blue Ribbon designation. I opened and ran a successful business with my husband, for over 20 years, it is now in the hands of our sons. I have sold Real Estate for over 30 years.
I believe the board of Commissioners needs an experienced business voice that will work to keep township taxes down without hampering community management and services. As a resident, I know I can give Glenside the caring, capable, and mindful Commissioner we deserve.
